Notice of Change Board of Trustees 2021-2022 Meeting Dates: 

 

Effective August 26, 2021, the AAECS Board of Trustees will resume in-person meetings at 

601 W Union Street, Allentown, PA  18101, at 6:00 P.M.

 

Masks are required for entry. 

 

The meetings will continue to be live streamed and available on the AAECS YouTube Channel:

If you wish to make a comment during the meeting, whether you are viewing the meeting online or attending in person,  you must register ahead of time via a registration link, which will be posted on the school website 3 days prior to the meeting, or by contacting Dr. Janear Hankerson, Board Secretary at jhankerson@artsacademyecs.org or by phone at 610-841-4560, extension 2211. The registration deadline is at 5:00PM on the Tuesday before the meeting.

 

If you decide during the meeting that you wish to make a comment, you will be allowed to do so

by following the steps outlined on the school’s website at www.artsacademyecs.org.

You may also submit written comments before or after the meeting by emailing your comments
